Raegan Reed is the “Fitness Guru of Delaware County”. In addition to her full service gym, Raegan and the other Cardio Club Instructors offer classes for every fitness level. From Chisel to Chisel Light, Yogalates, Circuit Training, Zumba, Abs & Stretch, Cardio Blast & Tone, Historical Fencing, Dance classes and more. The CARDIO CLUB & Delhi Dance Studio are relocating to 17 Elm Street in Spring 2013! This facility is being fully renovated and we are eager to re-enlist our loyal clients as well as add some new members! New classes, locker rooms with showers, a kids zone for kids to hang while their parents exercise, Viafore Family Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture, a Nutritionist and more!

The CARDIO CLUB has all the equipment a person could need to get in a great workout. The classes are fantastic and this facility offers special senior citizen classes branded by Silver Sneakers. The Club staff members are friendly, informative and welcoming.
Although this facility is open 24-hours daily, the staff members are available to offer guidance Monday through Friday and trainers can be hired at an additional cost. The CARDIO CLUB will continue to offer personal training and tanning in addition to Fitness Classes.
To help our members attain their goals, we have new fitness software that can track measurements and improvement.
The CARDIO CLUB also sells fitness apparel, provides key-tag access for its members, has Dasani water to purchase, has gift certificates available, will host special competitions like the “Biggest Loser” and we will offer special workshops periodically as well.
