The Cardio Club will host a Day of Fitness & Fun!

 

FREE WATER BOTTLES and FREE TEES to first participants, food samples and a raffle for some great prizes! Prizes include a gym membership, 1 fitness class for 6-weeks, chiropractic treatments, massage, spa gift certificates and more! IslandGirl Henna will be there too! She will donate 100% proceeds as well 🙂

30-minute teaser classes, a Historical walking tour, the 5k loop, and hike Delhi’s Trails with Amy Beveridge! We will have food samples from Greenane Farms and Robin Henderson Williams, along with a kids yoga class. Classes for all people, all ages, all levels, shapes and sizes!

Sarah K, a licensed PT from UHS, will be working one on one with people. Don’t miss this opportunity! 🙂

SUNY Delhi will be there to give us some great golf tips & a swing analysis, Viafore Family Chiropractic will be there to talk nutrition and wellness. We will also have Heidi Bundt Spangler in tow to do chair massage for a $1/minute donation for The Heart of the Catskills. Reiki for $1/min and henna tattoos for a donation too!

Hike Info

Delhi, NY, Hike the Delhi Trails, Bulldog Run Loop (2.3 miles) Saturday, May 9th at 1:00p.m. This hike is geared toward everyone from the beginner to avid hiker. The terrain is a moderately difficult; hikers should expect two strenuous short inclines and a wooded path with trees lining both sides of the trail for most of the way. Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear sturdy footwear, comfortable clothes, and bring a bottle of water. Leave no trace rules (If you carry it in, you carry it out) will be reviewed prior to the hike and obeyed during the event. This hike is part of Delhi’s Community Fit Day all donations will benefit the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society. Hikers are strongly encouraged to bring a donation.
